Jacobs has implemented a digital platform, Weavr, to track and measure its Reconciliation Action Plan initiatives. In collaboration with Evolve Communities, Jacobs has introduced mandatory cultural awareness training to promote inclusion and support First Nations businesses. The company also plans to launch a national employee forum for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander team members and expand cultural learning initiatives.
