ENN Energy Holdings Ltd. announced internal dealings under Rule 22 of the Takeovers Code related to the privatisation by way of a scheme of arrangement. On 13 June 2025, CITIC Securities Company Limited, a Class (5) associate connected with the Offeror, engaged in dealings involving ordinary shares of ENN Natural Gas Co., Ltd. The dealings included the purchase of 1,200 shares and the sale of 200 shares as part of pre-existing index-tracking ETFs. These transactions were conducted in A shares and denominated in RMB.
