Pearson (PSO) said Friday it has agreed to buy eDynamic Holdings, a career and technical education curriculum service provider.
Financial details weren't provided.
The deal is expected to be completed in H2, Pearson said, adding it plans to fund the acquisition with existing cash resources and available liquidity.
