Globe Metals & Mining (ASX:GBE) said that Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Paul Smith will resign to pursue other opportunities, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.

Current Chief Financial Officer Charles Altshuler will assume the role of interim CEO while also continuing in his current role, effective immediately, the filing said.

Altshuler will earn a remuneration of AU$308,746 per annum, the filing added.
