Sim Leisure Group Awarded Sub-Contract Work in Saudi Arabia Worth Nearly SAR113 Million

Sim Leisure Group's (SGX:URR) 60% owned indirect subsidiary, Sim Leisure Arabia for Contracting, accepted a letter of award for sub-contract work of theming works for Public Realm, Snow Park and Water Park at the Al Nahda Entertainment Complex in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

The contract was awarded by Consolidated Contractors Company which is the main contractor of Al Nahda Entertainment Complex, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Friday.

The lump sum price of the sub-contract is 112.6 million Saudi Riyal and the project is expected to be completed on Nov. 24, 2026.
