Beverly JCG (SGX:9QX) entered into a sale and purchase agreement with KL Wellness City to acquire the second floor of Tower A of Nobel Healthcare Park, Malaysia, for 41.7 million ringgit, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Friday.

Beverly JCG shares down 7% on Monday.

The property is built on a leasehold land while the second floor includes a lift, lobby and a private staircase.

The acquisition is part of the company's strategy to expand its range of services within the Nobel Healthcare Park.
