Local Bounti Corporation held its 2025 Annual Meeting of Stockholders on June 11, 2025. Stockholders elected three Class I directors to the Board. The appointment of WithumSmith+Brown, PC as the independent registered public accounting firm for the year ending December 31, 2025, was ratified. The issuance of shares of Common Stock upon the conversion of outstanding Series A Non-Voting Convertible Preferred Stock was approved. The amendment to the 2021 Equity Incentive Plan to increase the number of shares for which awards may be granted by an additional 2,473,042 shares was also approved.
