Shanghai International Shanghai Growth Investment (HKG:0770) is looking to raise net proceeds of $404,000 from the placement of up to 2,137,200 shares to at least six investors at $0.195 apiece, a June 13 Hong Kong bourse filing said.

The shares represent 16.67% of the securities investor's enlarged issued share capital.

Proceeds from the issue will be used for securities investment and future investment opportunities.
