Key additions include the launch of Serẽa Coastal Cuisine, the Shore House oceanfront experience, the Southpointe event center, and a reimagined Spa & Salon. The restoration, executed with historical accuracy by top design and architecture talent, has created over 300 resort jobs and thousands of construction jobs.
