Elite UK REIT (SGX:MXNU) issued 13,560,000 private placement units at 0.295 pounds per unit, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Thursday.
The units commenced trading on the same day.
Following the issue of the units, the total number of units is 609,868,040.
