Celestial Asia Securities (HKG:1049) completed the issue of HK$20 million of convertible bonds to seven subscribers on Thursday, a same-day Hong Kong bourse filing said.

The firm first said it will issue the 5% convertible bonds, convertible into up to 16 million shares, on June 10.

The furniture and household goods retailer will use proceeds from the issue as general working capital.
