National Fuel Gas Co. has announced a Consulting Services Agreement with Donna L. DeCarolis, the outgoing President of National Fuel Gas Distribution Corporation, effective July 1, 2025. Following her retirement from the company, DeCarolis will serve as a consultant until July 1, 2028, assisting with policy consulting, New York State energy policy matters, and maintaining relationships with key energy policy contacts. Michael D. Colpoys will succeed DeCarolis as President of Distribution Corporation.
