Transurban Group (ASX:TCL) declared a final distribution of AU$0.33 per share for the fiscal year ending June 30, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.
The dividend will be paid on Aug. 22 to shareholders on record as of June 30, the filing said.
The distribution will be paid by Transurban Holding Trust and its entities, with no dividends from Transurban Holdings Limited and Transurban International Limited for the period.
The distribution reinvestment plan will apply to the six months ending June 30, with no discount on the issue price of stapled securities, the filing added.
