China Water Industry Group Limited has announced a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the government of Pekanbaru City, Indonesia, to explore a potential cooperation on a Landfill Gas-To-Energy management project at the TPA Muara Fajar landfill. This initiative is part of the company's strategy to expand its presence in Indonesia and develop green projects, aimed at enhancing the financial performance and returns for shareholders. The company cautions that the cooperation under the MOU may or may not materialize, advising stakeholders to exercise caution when dealing with the company's shares.
