China Information Technology Development Ltd. has announced a major transaction involving the disposal of a property located at No. 123, Lu Jing Road, Tianhe District, Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province, China. The property, with a total gross floor area of 10,518.74 square meters, is being sold by an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the company to an independent third party for a consideration of RMB150,000,000 (approximately HK$163,800,000). The agreement, entered into on June 19, 2025, is subject to the notification, announcement, and shareholders' approval requirements under the GEM Listing Rules.
