PureCycle Technologies Inc. has outlined its plans for growth and expansion in a recent corporate update. The company has announced a $300 million perpetual preferred offering to fund its goal of reaching 1 billion pounds of installed capacity and generating $600 million EBITDA per year by 2030. The update highlights the development of new facilities, including a Gen 2 line to be constructed at Augusta and an additional line planned for either Thailand or Augusta. The Thailand facility, set to become operational by mid-2027, will benefit from a low-cost, brownfield site provided by IRPC, a subsidiary of PTT. This site is expected to offer significant cost advantages, with operating costs projected to be 40% lower than those at Ironton.
