Advanced Technology & Materials (SHE:000969) and Steel Research Institute will inject 3 million yuan in capital on Hefei Steel Research Institute, according to a Thursday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.
The listed company will contribute 500,000 yuan while the Steel Research Institute will invest 2.5 million yuan.
Hefei Steel Research Institute will then have a registered capital of 5 million yuan.
