Stamford Land (SGX:H07) appointed Lau Yin Whai as the company's acting chief financial officer, effective June 16, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange late Thursday.
Whai succeeds Ang Lay Khen, who will leave her CFO post on Sept. 16 due to personal reasons.
Shares of the company were up over 1% in recent trading.
