The appointment of Cherry Bekaert LLP as the independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025, was ratified. Amendments to the 2021 EIP, including an increase in authorized common stock issuable and an increase in the compensation limit for non-employee directors, were approved.
