The collaboration brings Pinwheel's innovative solutions, including the Switch Kit and Bill Navigator products, to the Jack Henry digital banking platform. This integration allows community and regional financial institutions to offer a seamless onboarding experience, enabling customers to easily switch direct deposits and manage bills. By providing these cutting-edge digital features, the partnership aims to help banks gain primacy and foster long-term customer loyalty. The new offerings are set to go live on the platform in July, empowering approximately 7,500 financial institutions to better meet the evolving needs of their account holders.
