OneForce (HKG:1933) forecasts it will swing to an attributable loss of between 37 million yuan and 39 million yuan in the fiscal year ended March 310 from a profit of about 8.4 million yuan in fiscal 2024.

The foreseen loss is attributable to price adjustments, an increase in impairment losses, as well as higher administrative and financial costs, according to a Tuesday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.

The software maintenance company is seeing revenue declining to between 370 million yuan and 380 million yuan in fiscal 2025 from 490 million yuan in the previous fiscal year.
