Snack Empire (HKG:1843) could swing to a net attributable loss of SG$626,000 in the fiscal year ended March 31 from an attributable profit of SG$180,000 in fiscal 2024, according to a Wednesday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
The foreseen loss is attributable to expenses for the preparation of its Singapore central kitchen, higher manpower and branding expenses, and potential impairments from loss-making outlets, the filing said.
The food and beverage retailer plans to release fiscal 2025 results on or before June 30.
