This follows a comprehensive refurbishment of several units, incorporating modern amenities such as new LED lighting, upgraded office spaces with heating and cooling systems, smart metering, and EV charging points. With Unit 5 currently under offer and Unit 6 remaining available, Park 17 continues to attract interest due to its strategic location near major motorways and public transport links.
