Jinke Property (SHE:000656) investors have paid 1.94 billion yuan for the restructuring of the property company and subsidiary Chongqing Jinke Real Estate Development.
Investors were given 60 days to pay the investment in full after the property company secured approval from a court in Chongqing, China, for the restructuring, according to a Saturday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.
Jinke and its subsidiary will set up a bankruptcy service trust, and the restructuring administrator will select its trustee, according to the company.
The property company could face delisting from the Shenzhen bourse if it fails to implement the restructuring, the filing said.
Shares moved up 1% during afternoon trading on Monday.
