PepsiCo (PEP) said Tuesday it plans to deploy Salesforce's (CRM) digital labor platform Agentforce into its field operations.
Under the terms, PepsiCo will leverage artificial intelligence agents to manage key operations, the company added.
With Salesforce, PepsiCo said it will gather data from any source to form unified client profiles through Salesforce's data engine.
PepsiCo's stock edged up by 0.1% in recent Tuesday premarket activity, while Salesforce's stock was 1% higher.
