Stoneweg Europe Stapled Trust (SGX:CWBU) invested 50 million euros in the Stoneweg Icona data-center fund, according to a Tuesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

The trust's overall stake in the fund is expected to range between 4% and 8% depending on the final investments made by other investors.

The Icona portfolio comprises interests in four early-stage data center development sites across Ireland, Spain, Italy and Denmark with estimated gross development value expected to be 29.5 billion euros over the next 15 years.
