Alpha Tau Medical (DRTS) filed a registration statement Monday for the sale of up to 3.5 million common shares from time to time on behalf of selling shareholders.
The registration covers 3.2 million shares that will be issued to Oramed upon exercise of IR/PR warrants and 226,202 shares issued to A & M Construction, according to Alpha Tau.
The company said it will not receive any of the proceeds from the sale of the shares and expects to receive about $12.3 million from the exercise of warrants.
