YHI International (SGX:BPF) liquidated its dormant subsidiaries in the US and China, according to a Monday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

The company voluntarily liquidated Advanti Racing USA, which had been dormant since 2019.

Meanwhile, YHI Precision Moulding (Shanghai) was voluntarily de-registered after being dormant since 2016.

Shares of the company were down over 1% in recent trading.
