New Concepts (HKG:2221) expects to incur a loss for the fiscal year ending March 31, according to a Friday bourse filing.

Shares declined 10% in Monday's afternoon trade.

The environmental protection services company expects to incur a loss of up to HK$100 million compared to a profit of HK$2.9 million a year earlier.

The company attributed the decline to a host of factors, including a rise in expenses.

New Concepts expects to post its annual results on June 30.
