Environmental Clean Technologies (ASX:ECT) received a pilot project license from Victoria's Environment Protection Authority (EPA) for the staged construction and operation of its COLDry fertilizer project at Bacchus Marsh, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.
The licence enables the company to produce low-emission lignite-based fertilizer by co-drying brown coal and urea blends, then processing COLDry pellets into granules, the filing said.
