3HA Capital revised its offer price for the takeover of CosmoSteel (SGX:B9S) to SG$0.25 per share after the company's independent financial advisor deemed the initial offer not fair, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Monday.

Meanwhile, the offeror has received valid acceptances in respect of 1,899,093 shares, representing 0.73% of the total number of shares in the company.

Shares of the company were up nearly 9% in recent trading.
