SEALSQ (LAES) said late Monday that a WISeKey (WKEY) subsidiary has launched a new satellite embedded with SEALSQ quantum technology aboard SpaceX's Falcon 9 Transporter-14 mission from Vanderberg, California.

The WISeSat 3 satellite includes SEALSQ's Quantum Rootkey that enables SEALCOIN token exchanges directly from space, the company said.

The innovation enables the first decentralized physical infrastructure network from space and advances quantum-safe space communications, SEALSQ said.
