PTC India Financial Services (NSE:PFS, BOM:533344) has issued a letter of intent (LoI) to Enviro Infra Engineers for the resolution of debt related to Vento Power Infra, the company said in a Tuesday filing with the Indian bourses.

The LoI was issued on June 23 at a gross transaction value of 1.16 billion Indian rupees, the filing said.

The resolution process, which involves a change in management, is subject to Enviro Infra's acceptance of the LoI, signing of definitive agreements, and receipt of the full transaction value, it said.
