UGRO Capital (NSE:UGROCAP, BOM:511742) has appointed its chief risk officer, Anuj Pandey, to be the company's chief executive officer, with effect from July 1, according to a Tuesday filing to the Indian bourses.
Pandey is a founding team member of UGRO Capital.
The company's shares were up over 4% in recent trade on the BSE.
