Red Lobster has renewed its partnership with Olo Inc., a prominent restaurant technology provider, to enhance its operational efficiency and explore new revenue streams. The seafood chain returned to Olo after a brief period of using an in-house digital ordering solution. This expanded partnership includes the implementation of Olo's Sentiment platform for managing guest feedback and the launch of Catering+, an integrated catering solution. This marks Red Lobster's entry into first-party catering ordering for the first time. The full suite of Olo's Order products is expected to roll out by the end of 2025, further solidifying the partnership.
