Ladder Capital (LADR) said late Tuesday that its Ladder Capital Finance Holdings and Ladder Capital Finance Corp. units have priced a $500 million public offering of 5.5% senior notes due 2030.

The company said proceeds from the offering, expected to close by July 3, will be used for general corporate purposes.

Ladder Capital shares were down 2.3% in recent premarket activity Wednesday.
