MDJM Ltd. announced significant operational growth at its cultural property, Robin Hill Hotel in Torquay, England. The hotel experienced a 301% increase in full-year bookings as of June 2025, totaling 911 room nights compared to 227 room nights booked in all of 2024. Additionally, the average daily rate $(ADR.AU)$ rose from £135 to £162, marking a 20% increase in average pricing. These results are attributed to strategic initiatives, including culinary and cultural enhancements, such as the appointment of a seasoned French-trained chef and the introduction of Eastern cultural elements. Starting in June 2025, the hotel plans to open its dining services to non-resident visitors and launch a signature English afternoon tea experience, aiming to expand its customer base and boost revenue. MDJM anticipates continued strong booking momentum through the second half of the year, driven by these enhancements and the upcoming summer peak and holiday seasons.
