Saint Bella (HKG:2508) raised HK$629.9 million in net proceeds from its initial public offering in Hong Kong ahead of its trading debut on Thursday, June 26.
The postpartum care and recovery company priced the 109,733,000 shares offered at HK$6.58 per share, according to an after-market filing with the Hong Kong bourse on Wednesday.
The Hong Kong public offering was 193 times subscribed, triggering a clawback of 38,168,000 shares from the international offering, which brought the size of this component to 47,710,000 shares from 9,542,000 shares initially.
The international offering was 15.59 times subscribed and the company issued 62,023,000 shares, which was reduced from 85,878,00 following the relocation.
Saint Bella exercised the adjustment option and issued 14,313,000 shares under the international offering. In total, the over-allocation amounted to 16,459,500 shares, the filing showed.
