Banco Santander (SAN) shares were down more than 2% after Santander Bank said it has agreed to sell seven branches in the Allentown, Pennsylvania, area to Community Financial System (CBU) unit Community Bank.
FinVolution Group (FINV) stock was 1.4% higher after the company said it completed a $150 million offering of convertible senior notes due 2030, including full exercise of a $20 million overallotment option.
DigitalBridge (DBRG) and ArcLight will invest a total of $500 million in Takanock, according to a statement from Takanock. DigitalBridge shares were up 0.5% pre-bell.
