CITIC Resources Holdings Limited has announced the signing of a new IT Services Framework Agreement with CITIC Digital Technology. The agreement, dated June 25, 2025, outlines the provision of various information technology services to CITIC Resources Holdings' group of companies. The contract spans from June 25, 2025, to December 31, 2027. This agreement follows the existing IT services agreements and collectively, the transactions under the new framework agreement exceed 0.1% but remain below 5% of the applicable percentage ratio, as per the listing rules. Consequently, the transactions are subject to reporting, announcement, and annual review requirements but are exempt from independent shareholders' approval.
