The properties are situated in high-traffic retail areas in Kentucky, Indiana, and Virginia. These corporate-operated locations are under long-term triple net leases, aligning with FCPT's strategy of acquiring high-quality, net-leased restaurant and retail properties. The transaction was priced at a cap rate consistent with FCPT's previous acquisitions.
