The agreement, finalized on June 25, 2025, aims to establish a new joint venture company to enhance cooperation in exporting vehicles, parts, and accessories to designated overseas markets. This strategic partnership will enable both parties to leverage their financial resources and supply chain capabilities in the automotive export sector. The capital contribution from Dongfeng Motor Group will be sourced from its internal resources. The transaction is subject to merger control filing with the State Administration for Market Regulation. Dongfeng's Board of Directors, including independent non-executive directors, have expressed confidence in the fairness and commercial viability of the joint venture terms, which align with the company's ordinary business operations.
