Chalice Mining (ASX:CHN) said its pre-feasibility study to assess the technical viability of the Gonneville project in Western Australia is set to be completed in the fourth quarter of the year, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.
The study, initiated in mid-2023, also aims to identify a suitable development plan for a full feasibility study and provide an economic evaluation under various macroeconomic scenarios, the filing said.
Regulatory approvals are on track, with draft environmental review documents set for submission in 2026, according to the filing.
Shares were up 3% in morning trade on Thursday.
