The proposal for the re-election of Ms. Zhou Cuiqiong as a Non-executive Director was approved. The proposal for the re-election of Mr. Chen Hanhong as a Non-executive Director was approved. The proposal for the re-election of Mr. Liu Dong as a Non-executive Director was approved. The proposal for the re-election of Mr. Wu Hong as an Independent Non-executive Director was approved. The proposal for the re-election of Mr. Wang Chunlin as an Independent Non-executive Director was approved.
