Pearson (PSO) and Alphabet's (GOOG, GOOGL) Google Cloud said Thursday that they have signed a multi-year partnership to offer new artificial intelligence products and services for students and educators.

Financial terms of the partnership were not disclosed.

Pearson will integrate its expertise in K-12 learning with AI technologies with Google Cloud's Vertex AI platform, including Gemini, and agentic AI, the parties said.

Pearson will also collaborate with Google for Education on go-to-market initiatives and mull opportunities for integration across their product suites, the parties added.
