Southeast Asia Properties & Finance Ltd. has announced a change in its board of directors. Mr. Jimmy Siy Tiong, currently a Non-executive Director, will retire. Ms. Siy is proposed to be appointed as a new Non-executive Director, with further details to be provided in the upcoming company circular. As of the announcement date, the board includes Mr. Chua Nai Tuen as Chairman, Mr. Nelson Junior Chua as Managing Director, and several other executive, non-executive, and independent non-executive directors.
