Fulum Group Holdings Ltd has announced its annual results for the year ended 31 March 2025. The company reported a revenue of approximately HK$1,702.1 million, marking a decline of about 7.6% from HK$1,841.2 million in the previous year. The gross profit margin slightly decreased to around 72.3%, down from 72.6% in 2024. The company experienced a loss for the year attributable to owners of approximately HK$66.4 million, contrasting with a profit of approximately HK$50.6 million reported in the previous year. Basic loss per share was approximately HK$5.11 cents, compared to basic earnings per share of approximately HK$3.89 cents in 2024. Revenue from restaurant operations was recorded at approximately HK$1,597.8 million, down from HK$1,739.5 million in the previous year. Sales from food and other operating items fell to HK$42.4 million from HK$51.5 million, while sales from food court operations increased to HK$17.2 million from HK$12.0 million. The Board of Directors has decided not to recommend the payment of any dividend for the year ended 31 March 2025, whereas a final dividend of HK$0.3 cents per ordinary share was declared for 2024.
