China Cinda Asset Management Co. Ltd. has announced a major transaction involving the signing of an Asset Management Contract. On April 27, 2025, and June 16, 2025, Cinda Investment, acting as the investor, and Cinda Securities, serving as the asset manager, entered into an agreement with the Construction Bank Beijing Branch, which will act as the asset custodian. The agreement, known as the Asset Management Plan Contract and its Supplemental Agreement, entrusts Cinda Securities to manage investments on behalf of Cinda Investment.
