June 25 - (The Insurer) - Selective Insurance has appointed Ari Moskowitz from Everest as chief risk and reinsurance officer, based in New Jersey.

Moskowitz returns to Selective after previously working as an actuarial analyst at the company from 2009 to 2010.

Most recently, he served as group chief risk officer at Everest, where he spent more than 12 years. His career also includes roles at TransRe and Crum & Forster.
