Carrianna Group Holdings Company Limited has announced its consolidated financial results for the year ended 31 March 2025. The Group reported a revenue of HK$577.5 million, a decline from HK$661.9 million in the previous year. The cost of sales also decreased to HK$335.4 million from HK$398.1 million, resulting in a gross profit of HK$242.1 million, down from HK$263.8 million in the prior year. The Group's loss before tax decreased to HK$186.9 million compared to HK$264.0 million in the previous year, aided by an income tax credit of HK$45.0 million, up from HK$2.9 million. Consequently, the loss for the year narrowed to HK$141.9 million from HK$261.1 million in 2024. Segment-wise, the restaurant, food, and hotel segment generated revenue of HK$472.5 million, while the property investment and development segment contributed HK$105.0 million.
